Dale has been active in the local community. Currently, he is President of the Connoquenessing Valley Community Chest, past chairman of the Tri-Area Youth for Christ, past treasurer of Grace Church and coached youth baseball and soccer for several years.

Dale is very interested in The Strand’s restoration because he recognizes the positive impact a cultural center will have on the local community and the entire North Pittsburgh region. Dale fondly remembers spending many Friday nights at The Strand as a youth and recognizes the value that a revived Strand will have on his children and future generations of theater-goers.

Dale’s strong accounting background, which focuses on small and non-profit businesses, combined with his interest in community development and outreach, uniquely qualifies him as The Strand Theater Initiative’s Treasurer.
