The StrandTastics 'Let The Sun Shine In
Saturday & Sunday ONLY!  May 1 & 2
Live! Our Exclusive Youth Show Choir Returns for an All-New Concert Celebrating The Sun, The Spring and the Light at the End of the Tunnel

The Strand is thrilled to welcome back our exclusive Youth Show Choir for their Spring Concert with our newest crop of talented students from school districts all over North Pittsburgh!

'Let the Sun Shine In' is the theme and the attitude of these tremendous students as they emerge from the era of COVID-19 with renewed hope and fresh energy for the future!

Even as case counts drop and more vaccines are administered every day, the group still rehearses in the healthiest manner possible, getting temperature checks as they arrive, wearing masks, social distancing and making extensive use of hand sanitizer throughout the day.

All of these steps are taken to assure everyone's health and well-being while providing the creative outlet that a performance group like The StrandTastics provides.

This image taken from The StrandTastics appearance at the annual Taste of the New North Dining-Out gala captures the energy that these talented students bring to the stage.  Expect an even more energetic performance on November 21, 22 & December 3

The StrandTastics is open to students in grades 7 - 12 who love performing, and live within a 30-45 minute drive of Zelienople, including Seneca Valley, Mars, Pine-Richland, North Allegheny, Butler, Riverside, Shaler Area, Ellwood City and more.  Students in public, private and cyber school systems are welcome to audition!

StrandTastics performances include energetic group numbers, heartfelt solos & smaller ensemble selections, allowing students to shine in a group setting with individualized attention from their instructors

The StrandTastics mission is to present itself as a premier performing ensemble focused on educating students on the performing arts of singing, acting, and dance. Through a focus on these three arts in ensemble and individual settings, the group seeks to help develop students into seasoned young performers.
